About the bench

This is a browser drop tower built around one idea: the interesting part of a phone test is not the unboxing, it is the moment of impact.

The bench runs four drops per handset across four heights and four surfaces. Impact speed is computed from free fall, damage is a power curve on that speed adjusted for surface hardness and handset toughness, and every impact pays chips.

It is a playable take on the Roblox simulation that popularised the phrase in October 2026. The verbs are the same — break, charge, soak, burn, repair — but the numbers are ours, tuned so a round lasts about two minutes on a browser tab.

No accounts, no leaderboards, no uploads. Your best chip total lives in local storage and nowhere else.
